Reconfigure triage bot
Currently the bot is really putting pressure on the steering committee by hitting each issue several days with a new commit. I don't think thats needed. It simply raise the sense of a lot of work needs to be done, stuff needs to be decided NOW. But we are all doing this in our free time and its important we can decide how to spend our time. So I would like to make this bot more chill and help us instead of complaining every few days stuff is not done already.
I think in our current ticket workflow its important that each issue has a status label assigned. The entry-point for this Status: Need triage. So the bot already does and should apply this label to all issues. This way someone who is willing helping with triaging issues can pick them up. This should be done for all issues which don't have a status label assigned.
Its also important to keep the bug tracker clean by removing issues which are just incomplete. We might not have a correct label for this, but I think currently Status: input wanted is as close as it can get. Issues which are inactive for a specified amount of time should get a warning and get closed afterwards.
